Bring WoW to Your Program

I would love the opportunity to come to your program to share my passion for the magic of teaching and the wonder of learning. Maintaining a sense of curiosity about the world around us and having enjoyable learning experiences is what makes people life-long learners and it all starts in early childhood.

All WoW workshops are hands-on and encourage teachers to walk the path of self-discovery and community building. Yes, you get a lot of information, but you also have a lot of fun!

Here are some answers to common questions:

Will you come to us?

Yes! Whether you are a small preschool program, a family child care system or a large child care center, we will come to you. Because World of Wonder is located in New Hamphire, we tend to limit our workshop offerings to New England. But if you live outside of this region and would like to offer a WoW teacher seminar to your staff, give us a call. We do occassionally participate in state AEYC and other conferences outside of New England and we may be able to coordinate something with you.

How much does it cost?

There are separate fees for individual workshops, half-‐day and full-‐day seminars. Group size is also a consideration in pricing. Call for a more precise price quote, but expect a range of $175-‐$300 for a single workshop. Travel fees are calculated separately.

How long is each workshop?

Individual workshops run about 1½-‐2 hours. Workshops can also be combined. I am happy to work with you to create a half-‐day or full-‐day seminar that meets the needs and schedule of your program.

How will my program benefit?

In addition to the content explored in each workshop, participants leave with:

  • a better understanding of oneself as a teacher
  • renewed motivation
  • new strategies to reach different types of learners
  • an improved sense of school community.
  • Schools and individual participants also receive a discount on future purchases of WoW curriculum materials.
