FAQ

Is the World of Wonder curriculum a monthly program that mails me theme units monthly?

No, World of Wonder theme-based curriculum binders and activity downloads are full of hands-on activity ideas for teachers or parents (over 50 in a Terrific Topics activity binder). Depending on how many activities you use in a day and how long you would like to run a theme, each unit could last a week or a month. You can use our resources again and again, year after year. You can even hole-punch activities of your own to add to our binders and keep all of your theme-related ideas in one place.

Are WoW Kits developmentally appropriate?

Yes, all World of Wonder infant, toddler and preschool activities are developmentally appropriate. We follow the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) guidelines for developmentally appropriate practice. Do WoW Kit activity binders contain worksheets?

No, we believe that children learn best when they are involved in hands-on activities. You will find reproducible pages in our activity binders. These include templates for simple projects and charts/checklists that children may need for some activities. For more information about why we do not use worksheets, click here.

Do I have to purchase the same kit or theme binder again each year?

No, all World of Wonder activity binders and books include activities with easy-to-follow instructions that allow a parent or teacher to create powerful hands-on learning experiences for children. Our materials are designed to be used for years in your program.
